This Notice applies to all natural persons who access, browse, or otherwise interact with the web properties operated under the domain myrkamal.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Properties"), operated by a private individual (hereinafter "the Operator") for personal and non-commercial purposes. By continuing to access the Properties, the visiting party ("User") acknowledges having read and understood the terms set forth herein.
These Properties are not open to the general public and are disclosed exclusively to a limited group of individuals known personally to the Operator. Continued use following notification of this Notice constitutes implicit acknowledgement of the data practices described below.
Upon accessing any page within the Properties, the following technical data is collected automatically and stored in server-side log files maintained on infrastructure controlled solely by the Operator:

| HTTP Referrer | The URL of the page, if any, from which the User navigated to the Properties. |
| User-Agent String | Browser name, version, operating system, and rendering engine as reported by the User's browser. |
In addition to server-side logging, the Properties employ a client-side behavioural instrumentation script. This script operates silently within the User's browser session and transmits the following data to the Operator's API endpoint upon session termination or tab visibility change:
| Screen & Viewport Dimensions | Physical screen resolution and effective browser viewport size in pixels. |
| System Timezone | IANA timezone identifier as reported by the browser runtime (e.g. Europe/Istanbul). |
| Browser Language | Preferred language locale string as configured in the User's browser settings. |
| Colour Scheme Preference | Whether the User's system is configured for light or dark mode. |
| Page Load Duration | Elapsed time in milliseconds from navigation initiation to script execution. |
| Time on Page | Total duration of the session in milliseconds, measured from page load to visibility loss. |
| Scroll Depth | Maximum vertical scroll position reached, expressed as a percentage of total page height. |
| Pointer Coordinates | Sampled mouse cursor positions recorded at intervals of no less than 500 milliseconds, expressed as pixel offsets from the viewport origin. |
| Click Events | Coordinates and relative timestamps of all mouse click events occurring within the page. |
All data described herein is collected exclusively for the personal educational and operational purposes of the Operator, including but not limited to: understanding visitor behaviour on self-hosted infrastructure, developing technical competency in server-side logging systems, and monitoring the operational integrity of the Properties. No data is collected for commercial gain, advertising, profiling for third-party benefit, or any purpose beyond those stated herein.
All collected data is stored in plaintext log files on a privately operated server located within the Operator's physical premises. Data is retained indefinitely unless the User submits a deletion request as provided in Section VI. No data is transmitted to, sold to, or shared with any third party, with the sole exception of Cloudflare, Inc., whose network infrastructure necessarily processes request metadata in the course of routing traffic to the Properties. The Operator's use of Cloudflare is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms, which are independent of this Notice.
Users retain the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any personal data attributable to them that is held by the Operator. Such requests may be submitted by contacting the Operator directly via electronic mail. The Operator shall endeavour to respond to and fulfil such requests within a reasonable timeframe, having regard to the limited and informal nature of these operations.

These Properties are operated from within the jurisdiction of the Netherlands. To the extent applicable, data collection practices are conducted in a manner consistent with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and, with respect to Users resident in the Republic of Turkey, the Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (Law No. 6698). The Operator asserts legitimate interest as the lawful basis for the processing of the data described herein, given the non-commercial, private, and disclosed nature of said processing.
